SHIPPING  POLICY

For U.S. shipping charges we offer a $4.99 flat fee for orders up to $49.99 and free shipping for orders $50 and over.

Within the U.S. we ship via USPS Priority and First Class Mail and UPS. Your order will be shipped in 3-7 business days. 

Please note that USPS Priority Mail Shipments are guaranteed as a 2 day delivery from the time your order leaves our facility. If you need something expedited, let us know and we will be happy to accommodate!

If your order includes an item on preorder, your full order will be held until the preordered item is ready to ship. We are happy to split orders upon request. 

We ship to the address specified in your order. if the is address is incorrect or undeliverable for any reason and the product is returned to us, the buyer will have the option to pay the shipping and we will attempt delivery again with a different address, or the buyer can receive a refund for the product, minus our original shipping cost. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We would be happy to exchange any purchase that arrives damaged. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase. 

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Non-returnable Items include gift cards and downloadable products.

REFUNDS

In most cases, we prefer to replace damaged or missing orders. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at info@debbievinyard.com. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
